Royal Tent is a leading supplier of tents, portable toilets, and refrigerated units in South Africa. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in Pretoria and ensure efficient inventory management and warehouse operations.

Job Summary

The Stock Controller will be responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all incoming and outgoing stock. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy, and experience in stock control in warehouses or retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage inventory levels
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock
Distribute stock to sales and operations teams
Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations
Maintain accurate stock records in systems and spreadsheets
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and meets safety standards
Coordinate stock deliveries with suppliers
Assist with loading and dispatch as needed

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matriculation)
2+ years of experience as a stock controller or similar role
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Strong knowledge of stock management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable transportation to West Pretoria
Preferred Skills

Experience in the tent, events, or manufacturing industry (desirable)
Knowledge of Inventory software systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Good physical condition (warehouse work)
