We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director General.

This position primarily focuses on administration within an educational center.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: • General administrative support to the Director General

  • Managing the Director General’s email and phone calls
  • Data entry
  • Client management, including handling calls and emails. • Basic report and document management

🔹 Requirements: • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Computer skills (MS Office proficiency required)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Previous administrative experience in educational settings is a plus
