We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director General.
This position primarily focuses on administration within an educational center.
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • General administrative support to the Director General
- Managing the Director General’s email and phone calls
- Data entry
- Client management, including handling calls and emails. • Basic report and document management
🔹 Requirements: • Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and well-presented
- Computer skills (MS Office proficiency required)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous administrative experience in educational settings is a plus
