Office Receptionist/Administrator Job Opening. Our Edenvale-based company is seeking a highly motivated and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to manage a variety of tasks, including answering calls and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate staff, and take accurate messages.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide basic and accurate information via email, phone, or in person.
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars for the various teams.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Manage office supplies and inventory, replenishing as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
