Financial manager

Position: Financial ManagerLocation: RoodepoortJob DescriptionAs our Financial Manager, you will lead our financial operations, reporting directly to the CFO/FD and the CEO. You will manage the entity’s daily operations, ensuring their smooth functioning, managing financial risks, optimizing profitability, and supporting the company’s strategic decision-making.Minimum Requirements:• Degree: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid SAICA certification• Experience: Minimum 3 years of postgraduate experience• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards• Ability to meet deadlines• Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as needed Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and LeadershipFinancial Management and Reporting• Full accounting functions for group entities• Assistance in preparing financial statements• Close collaboration with internal and external auditors• Assistance in preparing management accounts• Invoicing• All calculations and submissions to SARS (VAT, PAYE, Taxes)• Management of commission payments to brokers and dispatch of account statements• Preparation of daily payments• Assistance to the CFO with all regulatory reports• Preparation of necessary documentation for board and committee meetings.
