Requirements:
Must be able to read and write. No experience required. Extended Public Works Program (EPWP) participants and Sedibeng District interns (including those whose EPWP contracts have ended) are welcome to apply.
Duties:
Maintain the property and its surroundings clean at all times. Remove medical and general waste, clean containers, and flatten cardboard boxes. Comply with the healthcare waste management policy and infection control regulations. Operate heavy cleaning equipment. Provide a clean and hygienic environment. Comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OHSA). Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Be willing to participate in ongoing training and development programs. Attend meetings and training sessions approved by the supervisor. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System (hiring, quarterly reviews, and final evaluation).
